To purchase a product you can click on the ‘add to cart’ button. To view your shopping cart, click the ‘cart’ button on the top of the page. Before payment, you will be asked to fill in personal details that are necessary to finalise the order. After finalising the order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 6 hours, please check the spam box or contact us.

Delivery time

All packages will be sent from The Netherlands with Post NL, within 2 to 5 working days.
Please allow us some time to collect your order, with the most care.
The costs of delivery will be added to your cart when finalizing your order.

The Netherlands
If you live in the Netherlands, you will probably receive your order within 1 or 2 days, after the order is send.

Europe & International
Orders placed outside the Netherlands and inside Europe will likely take between 1 to 4 weeks.
Orders placed outside Europe will approximately take 2 to 5 weeks.
Please take in account delivery might take longer, as services can vary depending on your location.

Delivery terms are subject to strikes, lockouts and other factors, which VRISK cannot control (force majeure). Also, during busy periods such a Christmas and holidays this timescale can some times take longer due to customs and the workloads of your local mail services dramatically increasing – we can not be held responsible for these delays. We are not responsible for import or custom fees.

Pick up

If you are local, pick up at VRISK (based Heemstede) is possible. You can choose this option in the shipping options during checkout. It is helpful if you could send us an e-mail that you would like to pick up your order with a date and time that works for you. You can send this e-mail to


VRISK has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back for a refund. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.

The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.

VRISK can only accept undamaged products that have been sent in a strong packaging. If the piece is broken during shipping, we can’t make a refund. The costs of returning an order, including a tracking code, will be on your behalf. We can’t refund any lost or damaged goods upon arrival.
If you would like to request a return, please send us an email in advance to Please do not ship your return back without an authorization.

Original shipping costs are non–refundable.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom, personalized, or preordered items.
  • Items on sale/clearance


Please check your order after receiving it, as it could have been damaged while shipping. If this is the case, please contact us within 1 week via email. Please attach several pictures of the damaged product and packaging material and send it to After receiving your email we will contact you and send the product again. Since all our ceramics are made by hand, it is possible the item is no longer available. In that case you’ll receive a refund. These costs will be covered by VRISK.
